Estimates and pricing

Prices, timelines and scope described on this site are general and depend entirely on the property. An estimate becomes binding only when it is put in writing for your specific job and accepted by both of us. A free assessment does not obligate either of us to anything.

Our warranty

We stand behind our remediation work with a written warranty against return mold growth. Nothing on this page limits, replaces or disclaims that warranty. Its terms, coverage and conditions are set out in the warranty document and service agreement you receive for your job, and those documents govern. The disclaimer below applies only to the content of this website.

Emergencies

We offer 24-hour emergency response, but this website is not an emergency contact method. Submitting a form does not guarantee a response time. If there is an immediate danger to life, health or property — active flooding, an electrical hazard, a gas smell, a structural collapse — call 911 and your utility provider first.

Accuracy of website content

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but the content is general information about mold, water damage and building repair.
